Implement compileToBrowserify and bootBrowserApp

Hide `compile` and `execute` and provide a better API for browserified
applications:

 - `boot.compileToBrowserify(options, bundler)` calls `compile` under
   the hood and adds all instructions and scripts to the bundler.
