Miroslav Bajtoš 76ebdcb91b ModelBaseClass: promise mode for notifyObserversOf 
Support both promise and callback styles in
ModelBaseClass.notifyObserversOf.

When there is no callback supplied, the method returns a promise that
is resolved (or rejected) with the result.
