test: switch from PhantomJS to HeadlessChrome
...
Rework browser tests to run in Headless Chrome instead of PhantomJS,
because the latter is no longer maintained.
This allows us to remove transpilation to ES5 via babelify, which
significantly improves speed of our tests.

Configure Travis CI to cache phantomjs binaries

This should speed up our CI builds and also save a lot of bandwidth
for people providing phantomjs-prebuilt module.
